SoCal Shooters BasketballABOUT US
Based in Sherman Oaks, California SoCal Shooters is a youth club basketball program that currently runs year round. Our teams consist of children who not only love the game, but also possess the desire and passion to train hard and play hard. From a basketball skills and development perspective, our coaches are dedicated to teaching skills and fundamentals of the game with an attention to detail. We at SoCal Shooters Basketball strive to develop complete players by enhancing their strengths and diminish their weaknesses. Our intense, hardworking and authentic culture ensures that all players develop within our SoCal Shooters Basketball program.
Based on the principles of fair play, teamwork, and individual growth through basketball, SoCal Shooters Basketball takes a whole person approach to developing young people, not only by teaching basketball skills, teamwork, respect, achievement, accountability, but also by providing an environment in which respect, cooperation, participation and self-awareness are promoted.

SoCal Shooter Basketball coaches have numerous years of coaching and playing experience at the elementary, middle school, high school, and collegiate level. Based on their experience, their coaching philosophy is perfectly stated with Coach Vermeil’s three principles “preparation, regurgitation, and attention to detail.”
